Wind Dancer, a book review

In Wind Dancer, Chris Platt introduces Ali and her friend, Cara.  Ali used to love horses, but then hers had to be put down after breaking his leg.  Ali’s older brother, Danny, has come back from the war in Afghanistan, with less body parts than he left with.  When Ali’s parents ask her to care for two abused and neglected horses, she tries not to get attached to them.  Can the horses help both Ali and Danny?  Read this well-written book to find out!

I rate this book with a “G”, which stands for “Good”.  It’s a fun and enjoyable quick read.
